Customer Success Officer (Freelance) - Philippines

- Build strong relationships with users, understanding their needs and objectives. - Provide proactive support and guidance to users, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. - Conduct regular check-ins with users to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues and ensure timely and effective solutions. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the user base. - Maintain accurate user records and update relevant information in the CRM system. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to effectively advise users on optimizing their success. - Proven experience as a Customer Success Officer or similar customer-facing role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple user relationships simultaneously. - Familiarity with CRM software and customer success management tools. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in Tagalog and English, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate between the two languages. - Submit your application by attaching your resume, and portfolio (optional). - We will process your application during working days (Mon - Fri). - You will receive an email confirmation about your application status (accepted or rejected) We are looking for talented and driven individuals to join our fast-growing team.
