Optomi, in partnership with a leading client in the technology sector, is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Professional to join their team.

Position Summary: This role involves maintaining and enhancing the client's ServiceNow platform, which has recently been rolled out across North America. The successful candidate will work exclusively on the client's ITSM environment, serving as the primary onsite resource in Marysville, Ohio, and coordinating with a team based in India. This position requires strong technical skills in ServiceNow, including scripting, integrations, and module expertise, as well as excellent communication abilities to manage client interactions and offshore team collaboration.

• 5–8+ years of ServiceNow experience.

• Maintain the existing ServiceNow platform and lead complex enhancements.
• Build integrations and support CMDB and Discovery tuning.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects and contribute to SAFe PI planning.
• Coordinate and collaborate extensively with the offshore team in India.
