Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior .NET & AI Software Engineer to join our teams in a project focused on building cross-functional services and foundational platforms that support multiple business areas.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, services, and APIs using C#/.NET and modern software engineering practices;

• Build, fine-tune, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI models for production environments;

• Develop proof of concepts and R&D initiatives focused on NLP, LLMs, and data-driven innovation;

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions;

• Perform code reviews, mentor team members, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the quality, security, and reliability of software and AI solutions.

What you are like

• Experienced in C# and .NET/.NET Core development, with strong knowledge of software architecture and backend engineering principles;

• Proficient in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science concepts, including model training, evaluation, and deployment;

• Skilled in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LLM ecosystems;

• Knowledgeable in cloud-native development on Azure and/or AWS, microservices architecture, and AI solution deployment;

• Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines;

• Strong understanding of API security, data privacy, trusted AI principles, Agile methodologies, and collaborative development practices, with excellent communication skills in English.
