We are currently looking for a Working Student Talent Acquisition to join our People team in Berlin. In this role, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle. You will support hiring activities across different teams and locations, help us deliver a great candidate experience, and contribute to the data, systems, and processes that keep our recruitment function running smoothly.

What you will do

Support our Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, from publishing vacancies and reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and candidate communication.

Help identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing channels.

Coordinate interviews across different teams and locations, ensuring candidates and hiring managers have the information they need throughout the process.

Maintain accurate recruitment information in our Applicant Tracking System and support regular reporting and analysis of hiring activity.

Contribute to recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvements to our Talent Acquisition processes and candidate experience.

What you should bring

Current enrolment at a German university in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or another relevant field.

A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and an eagerness to gain practical experience in an international People function.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Confidence working with data and digital tools, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office; previous exposure to recruitment or HR systems is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English.
