Compliance Manager

The Role:

* Developing, implementing, and updating company compliance
policies and procedures for product compliance
* Overseeing a team member to assist in the compliance department
* Conducting ethical audits of factories to ensure standards
* Liaising with factories to resolve noncompliance issues
* Developing and implementing a regular programme to track
auditing
* Helping the company establish and maintain chain of custody for
FSC, GRS Recycled Product, and GOTS certifications
* Ensuring all products adhere to relevant legal and regulatory
requirements
* Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining relationships
to ensure compliance and awareness of new developments
* Assisting in the setup and implementation of regulatory
standards
* Developing and implementing procedures and practices to comply
with these standards.
* Maintaining detailed records of compliance activities, audits,
and investigations.
* Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible
for regulatory inspections

* Experience in a similar Product Compliance role
* Strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player
