We are looking for a local candidate as this will be on onsite position at our Kenosha, WI facility

✅ Influence the development of new products from concept to launch

✅ Design and implement electrical control systems that drive innovation

✅ Work directly with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation technologies

✅ Partner with Engineering, Operations, Production, Sales, and Technical Support teams

✅ Solve real-world challenges that improve product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction

✅ Own projects from design through implementation

What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Design and develop electrical control systems and custom automation solutions

🔹 Create schematics, panel layouts, BOMs, and wiring documentation

🔹 Program and support PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems

🔹 Lead and support new product development initiatives

🔹 Troubleshoot equipment and controls issues both remotely and onsite

🔹 Improve manufacturing processes, testing systems, and operational efficiency

🔹 Collaborate across departments to bring innovative products to market

🔹 Drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and performance

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology

✔ 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

✔ Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems

✔ Electrical panel and controls design experience

✔ AutoCAD Electrical and schematic development experience

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on engineering mindset

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering results
