Back End Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable back-end services for an influencer marketing platform.
• Develop and enhance core business modules, including KOL/influencer campaign management, reward and payment settlement, data analytics, and reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and back-end services to support internal systems and third-party integrations.
• Implement business logic and workflows to support the end-to-end lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Integrate with third-party platforms and services to support campaign operations, payment processing, and data exchange.
• Work with databases and caching systems to ensure data consistency, system performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing services to improve system stability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• Fresh graduate to 2+ years of working experience in back-end service development, or relevant internship / campus project experience.
• Familiar with Golang and Python; experience with web frameworks such as Iris or Gin, and GORM.
• Experience with MySQL and Redis; knowledge of Kafka and MongoDB is a plus.
• Experience in marketing platforms, campaign systems, payment settlement, or third-party integrations (e.g. YouTube, Airwallex) is a plus.
• Proficient in using AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex) to improve development efficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate in Chinese and English at work and read technical documentation.
