We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team and help build high-performance, user-friendly web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with backend developers and designers to create visually appealing and responsive interfaces. If you have a strong background in React.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal web-based systems and productivity tools, ensuring high performance, scalability, and excellent user experience.
• Optimize frontend architecture, application performance, page loading speed, and responsiveness across different browsers and devices.
• Take ownership of existing frontend projects, perform code refactoring, improve maintainability, and drive continuous technical improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in React.js development with strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui.
• Solid understanding of the full web development process, from design to deployment.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with high-quality UI.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as you will collaborate with Chinese vendors.
• The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
