In this position, you will promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of all software applications. Works with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications. Works with other members of the Xtensys staff, customer clinical and operational departments and other Xtensys personnel to accomplish the goals established for the project.

- 3 years of handson Epic build experience and relevant experience
- Industry Expertise: Apply a comprehensive understanding of Hospital Billing (HB), Revenue Cycle workflows, medical terminology, and payer requirements to drive system accuracy.
- System Lifecycle Management: Execute fulllifecycle system builds, including rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting of claim issues during upgrades and implementations.
- Technical Configuration: Configure and maintain core HB components, including the charge router, claims, remits, SBO, and patient statements.
- Revenue Cycle Optimization: Resolve claim edits, rejections, and denials by designing and configuring strategic claim edit rules to enhance performance.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Synchronize system features with business objectives by partnering with Revenue, Clinical, and IT teams.
- Strategic Troubleshooting: Investigate complex system discrepancies to develop and deploy sustainable, longterm technical solutions.
- EndUser Advocacy: Partner with the training team to deliver highquality support and technical troubleshooting for staff and clinicians.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate professional interactions and clear communication between stakeholders, technical staff, and endusers.
- Community Connect: Prior experience supporting Epic Community Connect partners is highly preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to participate in a scheduled oncall rotation to ensure continuous system stability and support.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Resolute Hospital Billing Claims Administration is required.
- 25% (for ‘golives’, pre/post and may require during implementation such as GLRA)
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
