Senior AI Product Engineer

AI Futures are the exclusive Search Partner for our client's GenAI transformation programme in Frankfurt. The organisation is building bank-grade AI products at scale and have committed significant investment to become the leading wealth and asset management platform in Europe powered by agentic AI systems.

They are at the early stage of scaling their AI engineering function and are building production-grade agent-based applications that directly impact high-net-worth client experiences and internal banking operations.

The Opportunity:

• Own AI use cases end-to-end: from discovery and solution design through production deployment and iteration

• Build production-grade agentic AI applications serving wealth advisors and internal business stakeholders

• Design and architect the full technical stack: Python backends, React/TypeScript frontends, AWS infrastructure with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)

• Work on mission-critical applications (daily CEO performance dashboards, portfolio analysis tools, low-code banking platforms) where security and reliability are non-negotiable

The Candidate:

• Deep hands-on experience building and deploying production GenAI applications

• Strong foundation in agentic AI workflows, LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration

• Strong software engineering fundamentals

• Hands-on AWS experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Docker)

• Proven ability to own full-stack AI product development from architecture through deployment

• German language preferred but not essential; English business fluent required

• Based in or willing to relocate to Frankfurt (flexible working: 3-4 days on-site)
