What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack features and enhancements across the product lifecycle.
• Work within an Agile Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable software components with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to timelines and engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Criteria

• 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET (.NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework)
• Strong working knowledge of relational database design (SQL, MSSQL)
• Experience with front-end development using JavaScript frameworks (Angular)
• Knowledge of Software Architecture patterns and principles
• Able to work effectively across multiple change projects or change activities simultaneously
• Practical experience in Agile, Scrum and iterative development
• High proficiency in English, with a critical-thinking and proactive mindset

Work setup:

• Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
