About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with Pharma background to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications that drive business impact. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Text-to-SQL solutions, and AI-powered conversational systems.

This role requires a combination of hands-on AI engineering, solution architecture, and consulting capabilities to build scalable AI solutions that transform unstructured data into actionable business insights. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to develop innovative AI products and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications
• Build and optimize RAG-based applications leveraging enterprise knowledge sources
• Develop AI solutions for Text-to-SQL, conversational analytics, and chatbot use cases.
• Develop NLP pipelines for query classification, intent detection, information extraction, and insight generation.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets, including survey data, customer feedback, and sentiment data.
• Build AI-powered solutions that transform text data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best-fit approaches for business problems.
• Drive stakeholder discussions and communicate technical concepts to business audiences.

Skills Required

AI & Generative AI

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI.
• Experience developing Text-to-SQL applications and AI-powered chatbots.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval frameworks.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Understanding of model deployment, APIs, and scalable production architectures.

Analytics & Business Insights

• Experience analyzing survey data, customer sentiment, and customer feedback datasets.
• Must have Pharma experience.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of text data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with customer experience, voice-of-customer, or market research analytics is a plus.

Consulting & Communication

• Must have minimum 8 yrs experience
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Experience working in consulting or enterprise delivery environments preferred.
