Web Developer (.NET Full Stack)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern Microsoft technologies. This role requires a hands-on developer who can contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution architecture to deployment and ongoing support.

As a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven applications. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, code quality improvement, and mentoring junior team members while driving innovation and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
• Build and maintain robust APIs, backend services, and database-driven applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences across devices and browsers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and development standards.
• Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions across applications and environments.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the development team.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure applications comply with security, accessibility, and industry best-practice standards.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience working with SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and ORM concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
• Experience with application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization.

Education
