Guidewire InsuranceNow Developer (Remote)

Core Responsibilities

Serve as a Senior InsuranceNow developer responsible for developing and supporting InsuranceNow configurations and customizations. Collaborate with cross functional teams in developing and delivering changes requested.

Technical

• Serve as the technical developer for all ACX INOW configuration and enhancements
• Lead configuration and implementation of rate filings, product versions, and underwriting rule changes, claims and billing updates
• Provide analysis and solutioning for new features and system enhancements
• Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and integration standards
• Own technical quality across development lifecycle

• Deep hands-on configuration within Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX)
• Experience with:
• Claims and Billing
• Ratebook & pricing configuration
• Product model changes
• State-specific filings
• Business rules and forms configuration
• Ability to assess impacts of product changes across jurisdictions
  

• Partner closely with:
• Product Management & Business Analysts
• Business stakeholders
• QA & Release Management
• Architecture & Security
• Translate business requirements into technically sound configurations
• Challenge unclear requirements with confidence and clarity
  

• Review designs, configuration changes, and code
• Guide defect remediation strategy
• Support UAT and production readiness
• Ensure release quality and stability
• Establish and enforce unit testing standards for all relevant code changes

Total Compensation

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $75000– $100000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing
