Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and unit test PayX application modules.
- Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Implement change requests (CRs), product enhancements, and defect fixes.
- Prepare deployment packages and support release and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with QA teams for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide timely fixes.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, methods of procedure (MOPs), and implementation guides.
- Support production releases, incident management, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features and enhancements within defined timelines.
