Position Overview

SAP Canada is seeking an experienced SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) Consultant to support the design and implementation of a greenfield DRC solution for the US country scope.

The consultant will lead requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, and business enablement while following SAP Clean Core principles and maximizing the use of standard functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design exploration and requirements gathering for a greenfield SAP DRC implementation supporting the US scope.
• Apply Clean Core methodology and prioritize standard SAP functionality.
• Use SAP Signavio to document and model business process flows.
• Define and implement the required SAP DRC configuration.
• Identify and define Fiori requirements needed for solution enablement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate requirements and solution design.
• Conduct Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Support and facilitate business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop key project deliverables, including:
• Business Process Design Documents
• Configuration Documents
• Unit Testing Documentation/Proof
• Provide consulting support for the development of best-practice test scripts.
• Ensure the solution remains aligned with SAP standard functionality and Clean Core principles.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).
• Experience implementing or supporting greenfield DRC solutions.
• Strong understanding of US regulatory and electronic document/reporting requirements.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and Clean Core methodology.
• Experience with SAP Signavio for business process documentation.
• Strong SAP configuration and functional design experience.
• Experience defining Fiori requirements and enabling business processes.
• Strong testing experience across Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
• Must be currently based in the United States or Canada.

• Telecommunications industry experience is a strong bonus.
• Experience with SAP best practices and standard-content adoption.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance implementations in North America.
