.NET Software Engineer — Long-Term US ContractCodineering is looking for a hands-on C# / .NET Software Engineer in Latin America for a long-term remote engagement supporting U.S.-based software projects.You will work directly with a Senior .NET Engineer and contribute to production applications, APIs, cloud services, and ongoing development.

What you'll do

• Develop production-quality applications using C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs and business logic
• Work with SQL Server and relational data
• Maintain and improve existing production applications
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and production issues
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews
• Work with Git-based development workflows
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Estimate and complete development tasks independently
• Validate work before release and help ensure production readiness
• Communicate technical concerns, blockers, and progress clearly
• Participate in technical discussions and occasional Agile meetings

Depending on the project, you may also work with cloud services, distributed applications, legacy systems, and application modernization.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern TimeConsistent availability during these hours is required.

Compensation

$1,800–$2,000 USD/month

• Approximately 40 hours/week
• Paid in USD
• Weekly payment available
• 100% remote
