DATA SPECIALIST — AI TOOLS & AUTOMATION

Help build the data and AI tools that make Straticon faster and smarter. Straticon is seeking a Data Specialist to help build and maintain the backend of our AI tools and automations.

This is a hands-on, coding-heavy role for someone early in their career who's comfortable working with data and eager to grow into a bigger technology and AI role over time. You'll work closely with our technology team to build, maintain, and improve the tools and systems that power Straticon's day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Data & Analytics

• Collect, clean, and organize data from across the business to support reporting and decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational metrics.
• Write SQL queries and scripts to pull, transform, and validate data from multiple systems.
• Help troubleshoot data quality issues and keep reporting accurate and up to date.

AI Tools & Backend Development

• Write backend code (Python and other languages) to support and maintain Straticon's internal AI tools and automations.
• Help build, test, and improve features for AI-powered tools under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support integration of AI tools with existing business systems and data sources.
• Document code and processes clearly so tools can be maintained and improved over time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Some experience or coursework in data analysis, programming, or computer science — internships, personal projects, bootcamps, or a related degree all count.
• Comfortable writing code, with Python and/or SQL experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and troubleshooting issues.
• Eager to learn, take direction, and grow into a larger technology/AI role over time.
• Good communication skills, and comfortable asking questions and working closely with a small team.
