Major Responsibilities
Software design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications (40%)
- Planning, development, and support for enterprise applications such as document/content management, print/fax/scan platforms, DocuSign, D365, digital signage, marketing automation, and CRM systems
- Building and maintaining interfaces between these systems and other enterprise platforms
- Provide training and coaching to other members of the IT department (including Analysts I and II)
- Identifying, analyzing, escalating, and resolving critical initiative risks and issues
- Defining and communicating project standards and guidelines around the applications and workflows
- Participating in implementing technical infrastructure, including networks, platforms, servers, door/security systems, enterprise enabling, application enabling, security, and operations management
- Documenting system requirements, release notes, test plans, training documentation, etc. as required by our project delivery methodology
- Working with end-users to help them understand defined workflows and system functionality
- Working with end-users and other team members to identify when new workflows or functionality is required to meet their individual needs
- Coordinating with other support and technical teams within the organization (e.g., compliance, facilities/security, marketing)
- Ensuring that every business customer who approaches IT has a positive experience
- Focusing on continuous improvement within the IT department
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an IT application development or systems administration role
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as document/content management, print/fax/scan platforms, e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign), CRM or marketing automation platforms, security/door badge systems, security camera platforms, or digital signage systems
- Software development experience with Microsoft tools (e.g., .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) beneficial
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL Server, SSIS, IIS, SharePoint Server, and/or integration platforms not required but beneficial
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Knowledge of multi-tier application design and concepts
- Familiarity with database design and usage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain composure and clarity of thought under pressure
- Proven success contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Desire to identify and drive change initiatives within an organization
- Interpersonal flexibility
- Familiarity with system integration concepts (e.g., APIs, HL7, or similar data-exchange standards) helpful
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $67,953.60 - $101,930.40, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
