ServiceNow CSM Developer | Remote (Must Reside in OH, FL, TN, KY, NC, or SC)

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join a growing team delivering innovative Customer Service Management solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform.
• Build and customize workflows, integrations, and automations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications following ServiceNow best practices.
• Support testing, deployments, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with integrations and platform customization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
