Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of industry experience with demonstrated business impact from technical solutions.
• Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex technical solutions from problem definition through implementation.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• Machine Learning;
• Artificial Intelligence;
• Optimization;
• Physics-Based Modeling;
• Active user of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) for coding, debugging, documentation, and prototyping.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams spanning Data Science and Software Engineering.
• Experience delivering production systems, deployed models, or shared technical solutions.
• Strong technical decision-making, solution architecture, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical projects to non-technical business audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technical work.
