• Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote understanding and effective decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
• Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable code following best practices in SAP ABAP.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in SAP landscapes.
