Summary

The IT Specialist – Manufacturing Systems is responsible for supporting and maintaining ERP, MES, QMS, and related manufacturing systems. This position ensures stable system operations, supports production equipment interfaces, and responds to manufacturing IT issues to minimize production downtime.

Job Description:

• Operate and support ERP, MES, and QMS applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP, MES, and QMS.
• Support integration between manufacturing equipment and IT systems, including PLCs, barcode scanners, and label printers.
• Analyze and resolve production-related IT issues to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor manufacturing systems and production data to ensure stable operations.
• Support manufacturing system implementation and improvement projects..
• Perform basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and network switches.
• Coordinate with HQ IT teams, system vendors, and equipment suppliers when technical support is required.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting ERP or MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing systems and system interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
• Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network switches.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in English.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, MES, or QMS is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
