Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Java/Microservices Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, with experience building enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Microservices architecture.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
• Build scalable and resilient systems following modern software engineering principles.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, and best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and release activities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3–8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with messaging technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus.
• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and scalable application design.
