Required Qualifications
Mandatory- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- 3Years+ of Salesforce platform experience in both Sales and Service Cloud
- Advanced or fluent English
- Experience working as System Administrator -manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups, Reports and Dashboard. Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, JavaScript, VSCode, Workbench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience in Setting up & customizing Service cloud console and developing custom console components and integrating with console.
- Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain Flows and Approval Processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and automation tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and support system improvements. Contribute to development and customization efforts while ensuring platform stability and scalability. Support integrations, data management activities, and system transition initiatives.
