Junior Front-End Application Engineer

The Role

• Develop, test, and implement distributed applications as part of a systems development team utilizing AGILE methodology.
• Analyze business requirements and work from diagrams and charts to identify desired results.
• Plan programming actions to efficiently utilize the computer system.
• Develop and revise complex programs, including those supporting a micro-services architecture.
• Prepare documentation and draft test plans for system, integration, and stress tests.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve production-level applications and assist with testing new features.

What You'll Need

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder with ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Front-end development, specifically integrating UI.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following front-end frameworks: Vue JS, Angular, or React JS.
• Familiarity with Typescript, JQuery, JSP, Java, and Restful services.
• Experience developing on Linux platform and with Unix shell scripts.
