Senior Backend Engineer

Requirements

Core Stack: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Microservices (nice to have Node.js).

Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot in production environments
• Strong experience building REST APIs
• Good knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including Oracle Database, SQL Server, or MongoDB
• Experience building backend systems using microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean architecture
• Good knowledge of SOLID principles and writing maintainable code
• Solid understanding of security, including JWT and OAuth2
• Unit and integration testing experience, including JUnit and Mockito
• Eligibility to work in Egypt

Soft Skills:

• Clear technical communication in English

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Node.js
• Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization, including Docker
