Senior Python Software Engineer – (FastAPI / LangGraph / Agent Orchestration) 95% Home-office – Up to €90,000

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure, reliable and scalable AI/ML services using Python.
• Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through to development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into an existing enterprise software platform.
• Develop and integrate solutions using LLMs, SLMs and other machine learning technologies where they provide clear value to the product.
• Build production-ready services with a strong focus on performance, reliability, observability and maintainability.
• Work with WSGI and ASGI-based Python applications, including frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and the surrounding engineering toolchain.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers and other stakeholders to turn requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing services, processes, and technical architecture.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to the wider engineering standards and architecture.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, with a strong background in Python.
• Solid experience developing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, SLMs and modern AI technologies and how to integrate them into software products.
• Experience with areas such as time-series forecasting, NLP, regression, and classification.
• Extensive experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask, including production use of WSGI and ASGI.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, testing, deployment, and maintaining production systems.
• Good experience with CI/CD and modern software development toolchains.
• Comfortable working with existing, complex software and integrating new functionality into an established platform.
• Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and take ownership of technical challenges.
