ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a client in innovative health-tech, is seeking a mid-level Java Developer to join their product innovation team.

Our client is a leading company in the healthcare technology sector, specializing in developing advanced AI-powered software solutions for critical care and healthcare environments.

Location: Athens City Center – Easily accessible by Metro

Working Model: Hybrid Working Model with flexibility.

Level: Mid-level

Reporting to: CTO

To help you succeed, our client has developed a structured three/four -month training program, equipping you with the essential technical and practical skills for the role.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Java Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain large-scale, AI-powered Java EE applications, participating in the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will also provide technical support, troubleshoot software issues, and continuously contribute to improving code quality, performance, and reliability

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale, AI-powered Java EE applications
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis to implementation
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for released software assets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solution
• Optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Continuously learning and adopting new technologies to enhance AI-driven products

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in Java EE / Java SE 21 applications
• Experience with Spring MVC and RESTful / SOAP web services
• Proficient in SQL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and team spirit
• Fluency in Greek and English

Any experience in the following will be considered an asset

• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot for building scalable Java applications
• Experience with JPA or Hibernate for efficient database management
• Experience with HL7 or healthcare data standards
• Experience with JavaScript / React
