Our client, a multinational software vendor is seeing a Lead iOS Engineer to own the technical direction of its iOS SDK. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the architecture, ship features personally, and act as the technical bridge between iOS, Android, Backend and Security.
What you'll do
- Drive the long-term architecture of a public-facing iOS SDK consumed by external partners
- Align API design and security trade-offs (RASP/anti-tamper) with the Android team
- Stay hands-on — complex features, production issues, high-impact refactors
- Translate product and business requirements into technical roadmaps
- Mentor engineers across the mobile team
What you'll bring
- Mastery of Swift, strong Objective-C interoperability, deep iOS security knowledge (Keychain, Secure Enclave, biometrics)
- Track record setting technical direction across more than one team
- Experience shipping and versioning public-facing frameworks with clean, stable APIs
- Expert-level Swift async/await/Combine
- Comfort operating in a matrixed organisation
Nice to have: Identity, fintech or telecom domain experience (eSIM/eUICC, CoreTelephony); Kotlin Multiplatform familiarity; mobile security/RASP background.
