You're the person who spots the inaccessible modal, the missing focus state, the colour contrast that fails in sunlight - and you know how to fix it without compromising the design. You bring deep expertise in inclusive design and accessibility standards, a sharp eye for the business value of getting this right, and you’re ready to be the go-to person who elevates this capability across our team and client work

Your profile:

• 5–7 years of UX/UI experience, including 3+ years in digital accessibility. 🎯
• Strong portfolio showcasing accessibility audits, remediation, and inclusive design.
• Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, EN 301 549, EAA, EU Web Accessibility Directive, and ADA.
• Experience conducting accessibility audits using automated tools (axe, Lighthouse, WAVE) and manual testing with assistive technologies. 🤝
• Proficiency in Figma and building accessible design systems. 🟢
• Strong understanding of designing for users with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
• Experience collaborating with development teams on semantic HTML, ARIA, and accessible UI patterns.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, v0) for design, prototyping, and accessibility testing.
• Confident presenting accessibility compliance, risks, and recommendations to clients.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the business value of accessibility.
• Fluent in English and Polish.🗣️
• Nice to have: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.

• Lead accessibility audits across web, mobile, and applications, providing prioritized remediation plans. 💻
• Embed inclusive design throughout the product lifecycle, from research to QA.
• Define and maintain accessibility standards, guidelines, and documentation.
• Build and improve accessible design system components. 💡
• Advise clients on European Accessibility Act (EAA) compliance and implementation.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure accessibility is integrated from the start.
• Use AI tools to streamline design, prototyping, and accessibility testing.
• Mentor teams on inclusive design and accessibility best practices.
• Support business development by promoting the value of accessibility.
• Stay up to date with WCAG, EN 301 549, and EAA requirements. ✒️
• Facilitate client workshops on accessibility awareness and best practices.
