Process Engineer

Our client is a global manufacturing company seeking a Process Engineer to improve site performance through the implementation of both small and large capital projects. This role reports directly to the Site Manager and focuses on driving operational improvements, enhancing process efficiency, and supporting the successful execution of capital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage continues improvement projects from start to finish.
• Communication with cross-functional teams and third party vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and equipment issues.
• Monitor and analyze process performance to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain P&IDs and support process safety and risk assessments.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, no other degree will be considered.
• minimum 1 to 2 years’ hands-on experience in a manufacturing production environment ideally in GMP regulated environment.
• Direct ownership of capital projects and formal project management
• Any type of VISA sponsorship will not be considered.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience level
