Entry Level Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of licensed Professional Engineers, Senior Engineers and Project Managers, this candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Handle project management tasks including drafting proposals, writing reports and specifications, gathering information and drafting correspondence
• Track project costs and complete progress reports
• Complete design work, perform calculations, and conduct evaluations in support of the design and construction administration of power distribution, emergency generator instrumentation and control (I&C), fire alarm, and lighting systems
• Client interactions and collaboration with other disciplines to support a team

• At least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related discipline
• 0 – 3 years of design experience
• Experience or coursework in power systems
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• FE/EIT and OSHA training is a plus, but not required

Salary Range:

$60,000 – $70,000
