Sr. Product Manager, Agentic Coverage - Falcon Guardian (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Falcon Guardian is already in market. Our sensors and collectors are discovering AI agents, skills, MCP servers, and models across enterprise environments today, and customers are actively enforcing policy against them. The demand is real and the problem is urgent. What we need now is help keeping pace — because the agentic ecosystem is evolving faster than any technology shift in CrowdStrike's history.

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our established Guardian product team and own agentic coverage: the breadth, depth, and speed with which Guardian understands every AI agent, model, and agentic component running in a customer's environment. You'll step into a shipping product with real customers, an active roadmap, and a team of PMs, engineers, data scientists, and designers who have already built the foundation.

New coding agents, desktop assistants, enterprise copilots, agent frameworks, and MCP servers appear in customer environments weekly — often before security teams know they exist. Your charter is to make sure Falcon Guardian sees them, understands what they're doing, and can control them.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations.

What You'll Do:

Agent Fleet Coverage

• Own and evolve the coverage roadmap across coding agents, desktop assistants, enterprise copilots, browser-based agents, agent frameworks, and emerging agent runtimes

• Establish a repeatable framework for prioritizing new agent types based on adoption signals, customer demand, threat exposure, and engineering cost

• Define what "supported" means for a new agent harness across discovery, inventory, session reconstruction, prompt and response visibility, and enforcement

• Drive down time-to-coverage so customers see support for newly released agents in weeks, not quarters

• Advance self-defining and heuristic agent identification so Guardian generalizes beyond the agents we explicitly enumerate

• Track the agentic landscape continuously and translate what you learn into requirements

AI Supply Chain & Component Coverage

• Own coverage for the components agents depend on: MCP servers, skills, tools, models, and packages

• Define discovery, inventory, and risk assessment for local and remote MCP servers and their configurations

• Own skills and tool coverage, including similarity matching and identification of malicious or unsanctioned skill content

• Drive model coverage across cloud-hosted, enterprise-grounded, and locally-running models with on-endpoint inference

Working Across the Team

• Collaborate with fellow Guardian PMs covering detection efficacy, red teaming, user experience, policy, and platform so coverage, detection, and enforcement advance together

• Feed new agentic coverage into detector requirements as agent traffic patterns, payload sizes, and tool contexts evolve

• Ensure newly covered agent types are represented in red teaming targets and test datasets

• Enable managed service and threat hunting teams to operationalize agentic telemetry

Leadership & Execution

• Lead agentic security conversations with customers, prospects, analysts, and executive audiences

• Translate a fast-moving landscape into crisp requirements, prioritized backlogs, and shippable increments

• Support Sales and Sales Engineering with enablement, coverage positioning, and competitive differentiation

• Make hard prioritization calls across breadth of coverage, depth of understanding, and speed of delivery

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or emerging technology domains

• Strong working knowledge of AI agents, agent frameworks, MCP, and LLM tooling — including how enterprises actually deploy them

• Technical depth to reason about how agents execute, what artifacts they leave behind, and how they can be observed and controlled

• Experience owning a defined area within an existing, shipping enterprise product alongside other product managers

• Track record of operating in markets where the technology landscape changes mid-quarter

• Experience with inventory, policy, or enforcement surfaces in an enterprise security product

• Proven ability to partner with engineering teams on complex, novel technical problems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels

• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on use of coding agents, agentic IDEs, or agent orchestration frameworks

• Familiarity with MCP, A2A, agent identity, and emerging agentic protocols

• Understanding of LLM security challenges, prompt injection, and AI-specific attack vectors

• Background in endpoint security, application control, or software supply chain security

• Experience with policy engine design or large-scale real-time evaluation systems

• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, or model risk management frameworks

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
