Who we're looking for:

• New engineering grads (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Computer/Software) ready to launch a career in heavy industrial manufacturing
• Mid-career professionals with hands-on experience in CNC, PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems, or reliability/maintenance engineering
• Experienced maintenance and production leaders ready to step into supervisory or crew leadership roles
• Skilled technicians — electrical, mechanical, crane, and controls — who like solving real problems on the floor, not just in the office

What you'll find:

• Roles spanning production supervision, maintenance leadership, electrical/mechanical/metallurgical engineering, reliability engineering, and technical specialist positions
• Work in some of the country's largest rolling, casting, and finishing operations
• Compensation ranging from roughly $70K to $140K+ depending on role and experience
