Design Engineer

The Dupps Company is seeking a Product Design Engineer at our Germantown, Ohio facility. This person will start out helping us in our drafting department.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.

· Minimum 2 years of experience working with heavy equipment design in manufacturing

· Experience with ASME BPVC Section 8, Div.1 design requirements a plus

· Proficient in 3D CAD software, Inventor preferred

· FEA & CFD experience a plus

· Comprehensive knowledge of ERP software and related engineering functions with Epicor preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)

· Proven proactive/results based on initiatives and outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Will handle drafting work initially.
• Support sales and customer service through Engineering design and through research and design.
• Support design and documentation of ASME BPVC equipment
• Review product designs for cost reductions.
• Provide Engineering design support for all Dupps equipment
