Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for wireless network performance monitoring, as well as identifying, tracking, and resolving network issues and risks.
- Responsible for planning, implementation, and customer communication of wireless network optimization activities (including but not limited to version upgrades, system expansion, feature deployment, and key event support).
- Organize and participate in various forms of customer communication activities; responsible for preparing and presenting materials, as well as collecting customer issues and requirements.
- Responsible for interpreting wireless network optimization clauses in contracts, breaking down tasks, identifying risks, and continuously monitoring implementation progress.
- Organize and lead capability building of the wireless network optimization team, including staffing assessment and optimization.
- Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR basic principles, mobile communication standards, protocols and radio Optimization, with more than 2 years of experience in Telecommunication engineering implementation and network maintenance.
- Outgoing personality, logical thinking, good communication skills, self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Possess strong communication skills, team spirit, customer service awareness, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Have a certain level of proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Work proactively and diligently, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution capability.
