Engineer

Engineer – Associate

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Duration: 12 Months (possible extension/FTE conversion)

No travel between sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Help establish procedures and processes for electric motor repair and rewinding.
• Provide technical guidance on motor repairs and testing.
• Work with site management and mechanical engineering to identify equipment needed to rebuild, rewind, and test electric motors.
• Support technical analysis, documentation, and process development.
• Provide engineering guidance related to motor repair activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in the electric motor repair industry.
• Strong experience with electric motor repair and rewinding.
• Ability to provide guidance on motor testing and repairs.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience establishing motor repair or rewinding procedures.
• Motor rebuilds and testing experience.
• Experience identifying equipment for motor repair and testing.
• Electrical and mechanical repair experience.
• Experience providing SME-level technical guidance.
