You have the opportunity to play a key role in R&D team to design medical device product for global market.

岗位职责

• 负责产品、系统及解决方案（或其组成部分）的设计、检查与优化、实现与集成、生命周期管理以及验证工作。
• 以用户需求、业务需求、法规符合性、质量和成本为重点开展设计工作，并依据产品需求及 Heartstream 参考架构要求完成高层和详细设计。
• 整合现有或外购元器件和部件，形成产品、系统或解决方案。
• 完成设计和集成工作，编写验证计划并测试、分析及验证设计质量。
• 为项目经理提供项目规划输入，制定个人计划并有序汇报进展。
• 确保按照设计控制流程模板完成技术文档。
• 独立承担开发任务，基于成熟技术按照技术规范开发新产品相关模块。
• 完成上级交付的任务

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, check and optimization, realization and integration, life-cycle management, and verification of (elements and parts of) products, systems and/or solutions.
• Develops the work with focus on user and business requirements, compliance, quality and cost. Develops high level and detailed designs in accordance with the product requirements and Heartstream reference architecture requirements.
• Combines existing and/or purchased elements and parts into (elements of) products, systems and/or solutions.
• Finalizes the design and integration and writes verification plans for the developed elements and parts. Tests, analyses and verifies the quality of the design.
• Is responsible for delivering input in the planning process to the project manager. Draws up personal schedules and reports on progress in a structured and methodical way.
• Ensures that documentation takes place according to the provided templates from the design control processes
• Carries out, independently and according to own judgement, targeted development assignments, the broad outlines of which have already been indicated. Develops parts of a new product according to technical specifications on the basis of familiar technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

我们期待您具备

• 电子工程、通信工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；具有 5 年以上医疗器械或工业产品开发经验。
• 熟练掌握模拟电路设计、测试及故障分析，了解接口设计、电源树架构及电源设计知识。
• 熟练使用 Mentor 等原理图工具，能够开展原理图设计、评审及基础 PCB 设计。
• 能够负责设计图纸、设计需求、详细设计、测试方案及具体测试实施等开发文档。
• 工作积极主动，能够按时完成紧急任务。
• 具备持续改进意识，愿意与跨部门团队合作推进项目开发。
• 具备良好的英语读写能力，英语口语能力优先。

You’ll thrive in the role if you have the following:

• Bachelor or above in electronic, communication Engineering, or related major, 5+ years working experience in medical device, industrial product development experience
• Skilled analog circuit design, testing and troubleshooting. understanding the knowledge of interface, power tree, power design.
• Skilled in schematic tool(Metor), schematic design and design review, and basic PCB design.
• Responsible for deliveries such as design drawing, design requirement, detail design, test protocols and implementation of specific test in the development process of product.
• Work proactively, and dynamically for complete urgent task in time
• Willing to improvement, collaborate with cross team for project development
• Good in English reading and writing, oral English is a plus.
