Your impact:

You have the opportunity to play a key role in R&D team to design medical device product for global market.

岗位职责

• 负责系统、子系统及零部件的设计、实现和测试，并理解部件设计对整体架构的影响。
• 根据设计规范和功能要求进行开发工作，并完成测试、分析和性能验证。
• 完成设计规范、机械图纸，并编写开发模块或部件的测试方案。
• 制规范、有条理的方式汇报项目进展，并确保工作成本控制在预算范围内。
• 确保所开发机械零部件或产品的相关技术文档完整、准确。
• 将现有或外购模块组合成可集成到子系统中的组件。
• 完成上级交付的任务

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, realization and test of a system, subsystem and component; understands and communicates consequences of the design on the architecture.
• Develops on the basis of design specifications in accordance with the functional specifications and tests, analyses and verifies their performance.
• Finalizes the design specifications, mechanical drawings, and writes test scenarios’ for the developed modules or components.
• Draws up personal schedule and reports on progress in a structured and methodical way and is responsible for keeping the costs of the activities in line with the calculated budget
• Ensures that there is proper documentation for the developed mechanical parts or product
• Combines existing and/or purchased modules into components, which can be integrated into the subsystem.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

我们期待您具备

• 机械相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上医疗器械或工业产品开发经验。
• 负责医疗器械产品开发及机械设计工作，包括结构设计、线缆设计，以及设计图纸、设计需求、详细设计、测试方案等开发交付文件。熟练使用Creo AutoCAD等开发工具。
• 具备丰富的结构设计经验，熟悉材料、塑胶件、连接器及线缆设计，并了解基本产品开发流程。
• 主动积极，能够高效完成紧急任务。
• 持续改进意识强，乐于与跨职能团队协作推进项目开发
• 具备良好的英语读写能力，具备英语口语能力者优先

You’ll thrive in the role if you have the following:

• Bachelor or above in mechanical related major, 5+ years working experience in medical device, industrial product development experience.
• Responsible for medical device product development and mechanical design. Including the design of mechanical structure drawing, wire design, deliveries such as design drawing, design requirement, detail design, test protocols and implementation of specific test in the development process of product. Familiar with tools such as Creo, AutoCAD.
• Rich experience in structural design, material, resin, connectors, and cable design. Understanding basic development process
• Work proactively, and dynamically for complete urgent task in time
• Willing to improvement, collaborate with cross team for project development
• Good in English reading and writing, oral English is a plus.
