Civil Project Engineer

We are currently working with a growing civil engineering firm that is looking to add headcount to the team of engineers and project engineers. Qualified candidates should have background in land development and site civil designs.

Responsibilities:

-Manage, assist and support a team of engineers

-Utilize technical skills in storm water management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading and other site development related skills to assist with the preparation of subdivision and land development designs; including: commercial, mixed-use, residential and other types of projects.

-Provide engineering support during design, permitting, development, and construction for various land development projects;

-Working with municipalities for permits;

-Prepare hydrology and earthwork evaluations;

-Prepare engineering reports

Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Science in Engineering

-Experience providing engineering planning and design

Experience with stormwater management, grading & drainage design, sanitary & roadway profiles, site planning & conceptual site layouts, zoning ordinance review and research, lighting design (any of the above)

PE license is a plus

Computer skills in AutoCAD

Must have a vehicle and drivers license

This role is onsite daily or travelling to local sites
