Looking for an experienced Lead - Mechanical Design Engineer with strong exposure to the Metals / Heavy Engineering industry for a leading engineering services company

🔹 Experience: 8–12 Years

🔹 Location: Pune

🔹 Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA

🔹 Industry: Metals / Heavy Mechanical Engineering

🔧 What We’re Looking For

✅ Must have experience in downstream metals / metals plant engineering

✅ Strong hands-on experience in 2D & 3D mechanical design

✅ Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor / solid modelling CAD

✅ Experience in detailed component & assembly design, weldments, BOMs and fabrication drawings

✅ Strong understanding of mechanical equipment, structures, shafts, drives, conveyors, rolling mill equipment, etc.

✅ Ability to handle both design engineering and technical review

The role involves working across basic & detail engineering, 3D modelling, fabrication drawings, design calculations, vendor coordination and technical delivery.
