About The Role

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to play a key role in the development, enhancement, and support of our industry-leading industrial printing solutions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary R&D team, you will contribute to the design and improvement of new and existing printers, accessories, and services, helping to deliver innovative solutions that add real value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot electronic systems for new and existing industrial printing products.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of mature products across a range of technologies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple international locations.
  • Provide technical engineering support to Field Service, Manufacturing, and Sourcing functions.
  • Investigate complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative global R&D environment.

About you

You will be degree qualified in Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline, with experience in electronics design, testing, or fault finding within a product development environment.

You'll Have

  • Experience in electronics design, test development, or troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of analogue and digital circuits, including debugging and fault diagnosis.
  • An understanding of EMC, product safety, compliance, and design verification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to peer reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting products from development through to production.
  • Exposure to global manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of FPGA, RFID, power electronics, sensors, or system design.
  • Python, C++, LabVIEW, or test equipment development experience.
  • Emerging leadership and project management skills.
