The Role
We are seeking talented Structural Designers at Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead level across all disciplines to join our growing engineering and project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative environment where innovation, technical excellence, and attention to detail are highly valued.
As a Designer, you will play a key role in developing detailed engineering designs, producing high-quality technical documentation, and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to resolve design-related issues.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure design accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of design revisions, modifications, approvals, and project documentation.
- Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
- Support project delivery through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and the highest standards of professional conduct and confidentiality.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering detailed design environment working on large mineral processing projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience managing competing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
