Role Description

JDS Mobile Medical is seeking a full-time, on-site Engineering Manager to join our team in Columbia Station, OH. The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering department, overseeing the design, integration, and implementation of custom mobile medical solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing engineering projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving the successful development of products. This role involves both hands-on technical work and team leadership tasks, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership for small to mid-sized teams
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Integration
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
• Proven ability to oversee complex engineering projects with attention to detail and quality
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with mobile units, fabrication, or similar industries is advantageous
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to lead cross-functional projects
• Experience with safety and regulatory compliance in engineering processes is a plus
