Your Mission

You lead and support the design and integration of aircraft mechanical systems for our CS-23 aircraft. From design documentation and technical coordination to prototype build and test support, you stay close to the aircraft, the hardware, and the teams who develop, build, and operate it.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of non-electrical systems and integration for our CS-23 aircraft
  • Create and update design documentation, technical descriptions, and installation definitions
  • Support design changes, modifications, and system improvements for new and existing aircraft
  • Provide technical input for our systems topics during production and prototype build
  • Prepare and support system, ground, and flight tests
  • Contribute to troubleshooting, investigations, and practical engineering solutions during development and in-service support
  • Ensure compliance with EASA CS-23 certification requirements and contribute to certification documentation

Your Profile

  • Master of Aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in aircraft development and certification, Part 23 preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with of at least 3 Mechanical Systems ATA chapters (21, 26, 27, 28 ,29, 30, 32, 35, 36, 37,49 and 7X)
  • Understanding and experience of mechanical design, certification documentation, safety concepts and testing
  • Flight test experience is a plus as well as basic knowledge of electrical systems and avionics
  • Languages: English , German is a plus
