Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Інженер відділу проектів (Project Department Engineer) role based in Yuzhne. The Project Department Engineer will support the planning and implementation of technical projects across the terminal, including preparing project documentation, technical specifications, and drawings in coordination with internal stakeholders and external contractors. This role involves monitoring project schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and reporting risks or delays to project leadership. The engineer will participate in technical reviews, site inspections, and acceptance of completed works to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating with vendors, preparing cost estimates and basic technical calculations, and maintaining accurate project records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in engineering (e.g., civil, mechanical, industrial, or related field), with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Experience in project support or project engineering, including scheduling, basic cost estimation, and coordination with contractors or vendors.
• Knowledge of construction or industrial facility processes, preferably in port, logistics, or infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency with office and engineering software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD or similar CAD tools, project management software is a plus).
• Solid understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements relevant to engineering and construction projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and maintain clear documentation.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Yuzhne on a full-time basis; readiness for occasional field work and site visits.
• Working knowledge of English and Ukrainian/Russian sufficient for technical documentation and stakeholder communication is an advantage.
