Senior Bridge Design Engineer

Bloom Companies, LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Bridge Design Engineer with 20+ years of experience in bridge and structural engineering, particularly in the design of highway bridges and related structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design of bridges, flyovers, ROBs, and other highway structures.
• Review and approve structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
• Provide technical guidance to design engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Handle structural analysis and design as per relevant IRC, IS, and MoRTH standards/specifications.
• Review DPRs, feasibility studies, BOQs, and other project-related technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve complex structural and design-related issues.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of design deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in bridge/structural design and highway infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in the design and review of bridges, flyovers, ROBs, and other structures.
• Proficiency in relevant structural design and analysis software.
• Strong knowledge of Indian codes, standards, and highway/bridge design practices.
• Excellent technical, leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
