Job Summary

MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Design Engineer to join our Project team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 4+ years of experience in Mechanical Design and Drafting . The selected candidate will work on elevator component design, simulations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and efficient execution of projects.

Roles Responsibilities

• Coordinate proactively with Sales teams and customers to understand non-standard requirements and technical specifications
• Verify production drawings to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with manufacturing requirements
• Prepare manufacturing drawings for non-standard orders as per customer and project specifications
• Manage order allocation, prioritization, and workflow to ensure efficient and timely order processing
• Lead and oversee the project team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth execution of orders
• Coordinate procurement of non-standard materials required for production
• Ensure proper documentation control and timely release of drawings for manufacturing
• Perform any tasks assigned by the manager

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks Sheet Metal Part Modeling
• Good understanding of Mechanical Components and Design
• Familiarity with technical drawing standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical OR Automobile Engineering
• Experience: Candidates with up to 4+ Years of relevant experience and elevator design experience preferred
