About the Team

ZF is looking to hire a HW Electronics Engineer II to join our team at our state of the art R&D center located in Monterrey Mexico. This role focuses on the development of ADAS system and electronic hardware-

 

 

What you can look forward to as Hardware Electronics Engineer:

• Lead/support the development and analysis of hardware schematics, BOMs & layouts of ADAS modules. 
• Edit application-specific safety analysis (Functional Safety ISO 26262 work products: DFMEA, FMEDA, and Worst-Case analysis (WCA).
• Generate concise and effective analyses, reports and presentations for both internal and customer focused discussions and reviews.
• Verify Hardware design against requirements.  
• Support Hardware Verification.
• Understand automotive customer requirements, project milestones, technology relevance and capability. 
• Understand/Analyze system level requirements driving cost capable component level designs.
• Prepares engineering and release related reports.

 

 

Your Profile as Hardware Electronics Engineer:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronical Engineering or related field.
• Design and layout experience with high-speed digital components and circuits. 
• Capability to use lab tools, equipment, and techniques to verify circuit operation.
• Microprocessor, DSP, Power Supply, and DDR experience is required.
• Use of simulation tools (Pspice, LTSpice,etc).
• Knowledge of ASIC analog/digital design, CMOS sensors, lenses, and optical systems. 
• Business fluent in written and verbal English and ability to communicate with and understand the needs of cross-functional teams.
• Valid US Visa
